This piece is part of the Goddess collection, a unique series of inspirational artwork created to celebrate the strength and courage of womankind. The colours of the beach and ocean were used in her hair to represent her free-spirit and her expression captures a look of gentle determination.

Artist grade acrylic colours were used on a gallery wrapped, deep edge canvas. The hair was produced separately using acrylic paints mixed with flow mediums and varnishes to achieve a unique layering of paints and cell formation. This was then attached to the canvas decoupage-style. The final result was finished with several layers of professional grade archival varnish for a light-fast finish.
